Cancellation

If you need to reschedule or cancel your puja, kindly notify us at the earliest. Rescheduling is subject to priest availability and auspicious muhurats.

Refunds

Refund processing depends on advance preparations, travel arrangements, and samagri purchases already made. Any eligible refund will be mutually discussed and resolved.

Puja Samagri and Travel Cost Policy

Please note that costs already incurred for purchasing custom puja samagri or making travel bookings are non-refundable.
